On December 13, 2005 Blogware (and thus, Blogzerk) will be updated to include multilingual functionality. Blog owners will be able to specify the language for their blog as well as for the Publisher's Control Panel. Initially, the following languages and locales will be available:
Additional languages and locales will be added throughout 2006. The spell checker will be also be updated. A language field will now appear in the spell checker dialog box allowing blog posters to select the language that should be used when spelling is checked. The default dictionary is based on the user's locale. Dictionaries are available in English (U.S.), English (U.K), English (Canadian), Spanish, Danish, German, French, Italian, Dutch, Norwegian and Portuguese. These are just some of the features that will be implemented for this update. We will have the full, detailed information posted next week. Monday, November 21

We've seen from a Fortune City blog user and now from another source that Fortune City is discontinuing their free blogging service. Fortune City is using Blogware for their blogs which also what Blogzerk uses. If you are using a Fortune City blog and want to continue using Blogware, you can transfer your blog to Blogzerk. Of course, you will have to pay for it but out pricing and features make it worth it. If you want to transfer your Fortune City blog to Blogzerk, please submit a support request at the Adaptive Hosting Solutions web site and we'll contact you with your options. Wednesday, November 16

If you are asking yourself how your company could use a blog, check this out. Wouldn't you love for your customers and clients to be able to get this type of information from you?
